Integrity, competence, courage, visionary, inspirational - all are essential qualities. But every minute of every day those character-defining traits are put to the test. If it was easy, we'd all be perfect. Let's face it: in the the past week there's at least one time when you know you could've handled a situation better. Let's get comfortable admitting we make mistakes. Let's give ourselves permission to dedicate some of our very limited and precious time on ourselves to understand why that happened and how we can do better next time. It's a journey.
